Are you a food & drinks vendor looking for business opportunities? Have a product that may be of interest to our audience?

Thank you vendor for your interest in being a part of the Aruba Art Fair! Each year we attract a large and diverse audience. Our event welcomes over 150 artists from all over.

Due to the number of applications we receive each year, along with the limited number of spaces available for the display, sampling, or demonstration of products that are relevant, in line with our mandate, and will add to the visitor experience at the fair.
Please all vendors be advised that a response from AAF is not guaranteed. However, we greatly appreciate your interest and support, and we do keep all vendor applications on file in the event a space becomes available.

Review these Terms of Service (“Agreement”) thoroughly. This Agreement is a legal agreement between you and ARTISA. By accepting electronically (for example, clicking “I Agree”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to this Agreement, then you may close this page.


    • Aruba Art Fair is an event organized by ARTISA (Pure Aruba Events Foundation);
    • Aruba Art Fair will be on October 5th of 2018 to October 7th of 2018 (hereinafter referred to as “Event”), which will be held in the mainstreet of San Nicolas;
    • At this Event local as well as worldwide acknowledged artists (the “Artists”) will be invited to do workshops, live painting and murals;
    • Aruba Art Fair and the Vendor (“You”) wish to enter into a partnership contract with each other;


    1. The Vendor is entitled to all of the rights and privileges that fall within the scope for the Event on October 5th of 2018 to October 7th of 2018.
    2. Aruba Art Fair is entitled to use the name and logo of the Vendor worldwide for this event only in any communication regarding the Program and in any promotion of the Event, unless Vendor chooses different.
    3. Aruba Art Fair will provide tokens as the only method of payment for the Event.
    4. The Vendor and Aruba art Fair shall have the above rights corresponding for the duration of this Event only.

    Terms of Payment

    1. The Vendor agrees to pay a Deposit of Afl 175.00 to Aruba Art Fair as a guarantee.
    2. Payment of the Deposit Amount has to be made in accordance with the following payment instructions:

    4. The Vendor agrees that the Organizer will retain 25% commission of the total sales.
    5. The Vendor agrees to pay the amount of 25% (the “Vending Amount”) of the total sales to Aruba Art Fair.
    6. The amount of 25% shall be paid in full to Aruba Art Fair within 3 business days after signing this agreement.

    Term and Termination

    1. The agreement is valid for the Event only. The paid Deposit Amount will be refunded, in case the event is canceled.
    2. Parties acknowledge and confirm that upon execution of this Vendor Agreement and receipt by Aruba Art Fair of the deposit payment no additional financial obligations exist between them pursuant to this agreement. Therefore parties have no further claims against each other, unless Aruba Art Fair does not perform the activities as outlined in the program.

    Applicable Law and Forum

    1. The law of Aruba applies to this Agreement. Parties agree that disputes arising from (the interpretation of) this Agreement are solely to be brought to the Court of First Instance in Aruba.
